Face-To-Face hypnotherapy and hypnosis sessions take place in a comfortable, peaceful and friendly environment, with you and your hypnotherapist, sitting adjacent to each other in two comfortable chairs.
As a prospective client, you are entitled to a Free Telephone Consultation, lasting approximately 1 hour, during which you can discuss any specific issues, challenges, problems, goals or needs that you have.
This will give both of you the opportunity to decide whether or not you would like to work together to get the results you want.
